Return Policy
Dated items and gift vouchers are not returnable for exchange, store credit or refund.
In case of the return of an item sold in accordance with a promotion, the promotion will no longer be valid if the conditions are no longer fulfilled. Accordingly, items that were received for free due to a promotion, will be debited accordingly in case the conditions are no longer fulfilled.
For Product Starter Sets: In case your exercise your right of withdrawal according to the Terms and Conditions, kindly note that Operator does not accept returns of single pieces out of a Starter Set but only the whole Set.
For items purchased on www.Rias.ws, returns are accepted within 20 days and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in new unused condition. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list, or a copy. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. For your convenience, most purchases can also be returned at Ria's location. To return or exchange an item at Ria's, simply bring it in along with the original packaging and paperwork, and one of our expert associates will be happy to assist you.

How to Return or Exchange a www.Rias.ws Purchase via Mail
Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. COD returns will be refused. Rias.ws reserves the right to refuse merchandise returned in a damaged or obviously used condition. Items must be returned in perfect resaleable condition and in original cartons with no rips or tears in the box or the packing materials.
When you receive your purchase from Ria's, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, email here. The returned item should be insured for its full value. Ria's is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of your order, with all the required information and materials, we will either ship a replacement or credit the original purchase in the form of the original payment, based on your request (Please specify in your return package). Credit processing will occur as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days of the receipt of merchandise. Original shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective. Returns by mail or common carrier must be sent to:

If you'd like to cancel or change an unprocessed web site order for any reason, please call 718-266-3436 , as soon as possible or email here. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. But you may simply return the order according to our return policy.
