Product Care and Warranty Notes


Chamilia beads and bracelets are compatible with Pandora jewelry products. Chamilia beads also fit the Trollbeads bracelet. Note that Trollbeads are not compatible with the Chamilia chain.

Product Care/Warranty

Chamilia and Hand Painted bead jewelry are very special and must be handled properly to keep it looking beautiful and lasting longer. Our warranty will not apply to any product if the following instructions are not followed:

Twelve Month Limited Warranty
Our warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship only. We accept returns on defective products that are returned within 12 months from the date of sale or the date of receipt for replacement only. Retired items are no longer covered under warranty after 1 month of being retired.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty cases.

Defects include, but are not limited to, clasp defects, stripped threads and missing gem stones.

* General wear and tear and improper cleaning are not covered by the Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs and normal fading on oxidized items. Chamilia silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they require a quick touch-up. To do so, we recommend only using a silver polishing cloth.

Oxidized items are specially treated to give them their dark appearance. When worn, the finish may fade. This is not a defect but a result of normal wear and tear.

Be sure not to use any type of liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization from the beads and bracelets. We will not exchange or return any product that has been exposed to silver polish.

It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, hot tubs or pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamilia,and Hand Painted beads product. We will not exchange or return any product that has been exposed to harsh chemicals.

Do not ship product back to us in a plain envelope. We will not be held responsible and credit will not be given for lost or damaged items as a result of poor packaging.

Once we receive the returned goods, the returned product will be inspected to ensure the items meet the defective goods guidelines.
